MIAMI FOOTBALL IN TROUBLE BUT SHOULD THEY BE?

Miami football is under some serious heat today but should they be?. To tell you the truth I feel they shouldn't. If you are a college athlete and you have the chance to make money because of your talent why not. I think the real criminals in this are the NCAA for not letting these athletes get what they deserve. Some of these kids don't come from money and if in college they get the chance to help them self's or there family with an endorsement deal or jersey sales they should be able to. It has been said that Terrelle Pryor jersey sales were over two million dollars. Did he get one penny of that $2 million that was claimed by ohio state? NO!!. The only money he got was the money he hustled for.

Last thing what happens if one of these star athletes three years into the program that comes from a family that doesn't have much and does the right thing by not taking any extra perks blows out his knee in college? The opportunity for the NFL is out the window. Is the NCAA or the university going to help this athlete financially? NO!!!. Now why would an athlete stay in college for all four years or not take any extra cash when he might come from nothing. Just think this endorsement money he might have had the opportunity to get ultimately could help him and his family grow. Put your self in the athletes shoes and understand why the NCAA needs to create a program to pay these athletes that help bring so much money to these college programs.
